Kona Apartments is nestled in the city of San Pablo, CA. With it's central location there is easy access to public transportation and Interstate 80. The community is in walking distance to Contra Costa College, Helms Middle School and The San Pablo... Community Center. Kona is conveniently located near a post office, public library, Target, Walmart and Hilltop Mall.

The apartments are spacious with ample storage. Other apartment features are wall to wall carpet or laminate flooring, ceiling fans, private patio or deck and top floor units have vaulted ceilings.
Community features include assigned parking, 24 hour controlled access coin-operated laundry room and professional onsite management. Water, Garbage and Sewer is paid for you.

Applicants must earn three times the rent or more, have good credit and no evictions.

Sweet staff/beautiful apartments

Wow! The process of moving in to Kona apartments was completely stress free and smooth. The property manager is a phenomenal person, so sweet and attentive. My apartment is gorgeous. Nice balcony, modern amenities, and a very spacious living room! Super content with my place and the staff. :)

Great place to live

The apartments are very beautiful. The manager Sandra is great no matter what happens weather big or small she is always on top of it, And she always has a smile on her face. If there is a parking issue like someone in your space she will take action. Randi The maintenance is awesome she is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. the updates to the building are great. I cant wait tell the are done and its all completed. its going to look so nice.

Love it here

I recently had the pleasure of living in Kona apartments and I must say, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The property itself is well-maintained, with spacious units that are both comfortable and stylish.

One of the standout features of this complex is the property manager, Sandra. From the moment I moved in, she has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Sandra goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, always ready to address any concerns and make... improvements where needed. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly make a difference in the community.

I'm also thrilled about the upcoming updates to the apartment complex! It's clear that the management is committed to creating a vibrant and comfortable living environment for all residents. I can’t wait to see the transformations and enjoy what’s to come! Overall, I highly recommend Kona apartments for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Beautiful place

I went looking for an apartment a week ago. I was greeted by the manager Sandra and she was a delight, She was very polite and very nice answered all of my question, and the apartment looked so beautiful, I putt in my application and I to be moving in on the first. Sandra helped me through the process and answered all my question and made the process seamless. She defiantly went above and beyond for me and my family. I am truly grateful to have found this apartment and her. The inside of the... apartments are beautiful and the upgrades they have nicely done. The halls need work but she said that is coming.

Great place

Great place to live. the manager is awesome we had a problem and it was taken care of right away. Anytime we have an issue no mater if its someone in my parking space or I have locked out of my apartment she is very attentive, and responsive. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I love it here, And will be here for a very long time. The updates to the property are great and they building looks amazing, looks completely different.
