I had to break my lease a few months early due to a difficult situation, but I received no sympathy, kindness, or support—just repeated reminders about the hefty penalty I had to pay ! Guest parking access is terrible, the clubhouse is outrageously expensive and inconveniently far from some apartments like mine, and my bathtub drain constantly clogs. I have to remind maintenance countless times before they fix it, only for it to clog again weeks later. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
