It's a lovely place, but the rents are too high! As all rents, of course, are too high in coastal California.

It's a pretty campus of small apartment buildings in a beautiful part of the world, near the beach and a small lagoon with ducks and other wildlife. The on-site management is excellent and quickly responsive to tenant issues (repairs, etc). It's a bit pricey, but I'd recommend to those who can afford it.
