High yield producing fruit trees : Persimmons, Pomegranates, Figs, Apples, Clementines, Lemon, two kinds of Cherries, Blackberry bush, Strawberry planters, Mulberry tree, Peach, Plum and Jujube trees that all fruit annually.
Gardening with yard maintenance and water is included in the rent. We have two teams of gardeners, one for the garden and one for the vineyard that come regularly and take care of the yard, garden and vineyard maintenance so the tenants do not have to worry about that.
The two car garage has an EV charger. There is plenty of parking outside for guests and friends.
