Building was built in the 60's and was just purchased by a new property management company. They are remodeling the units and improving the exterior in order to attract tech workers and raise the rents. The remodels are very cheaply done. No complaints on the appliances, countertops, carpet, or laminate floors, but the interior doors and the cabinets are of the cheapest grade from someplace like Home Depot. I have almost cut myself on the edges because they are so rough. Also, they are... using flat off-white paint throughout, even in the kitchens and bathrooms. It's tough to clean. On-site laundry room was re-done and it's nice. Units have no A/C. Area feels safe. On-site manager, Lina, is very real, friendly, and responsive.
