*RENTERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE* Gabriella seemed really nice prior to moving into a property her company manages. The units look beautiful, but the interiors are cheaply furnished with poor craftsmanship of installed items (ie tiles in the bathrooms, cabinets, floors...etc). She comes off as professional, but her actual demeanor is far from that. As soon as we moved in, there were several issues that we brought to her attention that did not get remedied until months later or not at all.... Between her staff (Jessica) and herself, they have incredibly poor communication skills. They lack follow through with their maintenance man and tenants, and Gabriella is severely understaffed. Her dismissive responses to emails make you feel like she doesn't even want to rent to good tenants and would rather let minor issues become huge problems for both the tenant and property owner. Jessica lied about a conversation we had over the phone, and her maintenance man lied about the condition of our unit, and Gabriella could not care less. She and her company Reps Rentals is a disaster to work with (an onsite property manager quit due to her mismanagement) and I am shocked that the state of California issued her a real estate license.
