North Pointe Apartments

After visiting several properties in the area this one had the cleanliness as well as amenities we liked. The staff was pleasant and not pushy and the price was reasonable. Relocating to be closer to family soon.

Highly suggest staying away from any units near the basketball courts. Noise level is ridiculous with people treating it like it’s a park. Some cases of late hour use of the basketball court makes it difficult to sleep through as well. It’s an ongoing issue even the management can’t resolve.

The Office staff is great and friendly. They have free coffee available throughout the day for residents to grab as well as COLD water. They are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond with any issues or question I may have.

The maintenance team is very prompt with any services requested I put in. They also have maintenance available after hours for Emergencies, of course. Which is great since I know someone will come if any issues happens within the hour.

The online portal for... Resident is so convenient! Not only am I able to pay online when I'm away, I can also put in service request and schedule it on my preferred time frames.

The community is gated AND there's Courtesy patrol!! There is a magnet that the office offer that has the information of courtesy patrol. There's also a 24/7 fitness center that is very spacious and well kept.

The Office staff also does a resident appreciation event! Just recently they provided Ice cream to the residents at the pool area last weekend. Can't wait for the next one!! Read More

This complex has regulations on certain dogs, yet most people have the dogs they aren’t supposed too and the whole garden grass area smells like dog crap because some people don’t pick up their dog poop.Also the walls of the apartment are so thin you can hear the people above you peeing in the toilet, vacuuming, walking, watching movies surround sound , neighbors doors slamming shake the whole place, and apparently your tv can’t be above level 5 or neighbor s can hear it on the other side of the... building. Poor building materials. And the worst thing some people complain about the noise and get you evicted which will go on your record for 10 years and you can’t rent another apartment with an eviction. The management in 2018 SUCKSSS. They never answer the phone or email back, it will go to voicemail and your lucky if they call you back before your fed up and end up going to the office yourself, THE MAIL BOXES GOT ROBBED by a person faking to be from post office in 2018!! You dont want to live in these apartments! I cant wait to move!! The pictures are of the biggest floor plan so dont be fooled by the room size or the kitchen space. Its overpriced for the space available.
