Not worth it
This place is a joke. You are paying for gated prices but the gates are always open. The dog park is always a muddy mess the 3 times we took our dogs they ended up with a stomach bug and severe diarrhea, which ended with over $1,000 in vet bills. There is dog poop all over the complex because people don't pick up after their dogs. There are homeless people that are constantly in the complex stealing from residents or helping themselves to the pool/hot tub. This is a smoke free complex but... anywhere you walk within the complex you smell cigarettes or weed. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Good luck if you have more then one car. Expect to park across the street at the bus station. During the summer months the basketball court gets used offten by people who do not live in the complex and they take up whatever parking is left if any. If you call security for any reason they take hours to actually respond. The people that work in the office never answer the phone even if they are sitting at the desk. You can hear everything that goes on between your neighbors including the stairwell. Management does little to nothing about noise complaints. The only good thing is the location of the apartments and the maintenance guys.

Parking is a nightmare. This is idiotic.
The City of Vacaville needs to cut some useless heads on the planning commission. Maybe their salaries for their useless contributions can go to something of use, like parking. There is no available parking. I don’t know how many people moved in with their oldest son or their youngest sister or their mom or dad or cousin But the result is many cars per unit. The scenario is nightmarish. Think you want to live here? Think again.

Loving Strada 1200
I love how well run this place is and loving all the amenities they offer. Newer construction, these units are modern, clean and spacious and im loving the washer and dryer in every unit.
The staff is amazing too and the extra guest parking is awesome.
