Avian Glen Apartments
45 years resident of Vallejo California, and this is a low income base property. I believe it is a 170 units plus with one property manager and one maintenance manager. Out of all the low income properties this tops them all. It offer one, two and three bedroom, includes private garage and laundry facility. (i recommend that it become a retirement low income property due to the lake of privacy and play area for those darling soprano tone children on board). Very clean and well maintained.... Management. I'm a tenant of 8 years (from the year they opened), If management would leave I would consider leaving too. It makes a difference on who is managing and well they take concern of the property and the tenants. The appearance and set up of the property is calming and makes you feel safe to come home to. We have 24 hour security which is added feature that keeps tenants extending their rent. Wow lets not forget the programs they have on board, after school, meals on wheels delivery, free breakfast during summer break for children/students. Use of Clubhouse for meetings and conferences and celebrations too! What else can you ask for right. The waiting list is incredible, so if I could I contribute the possibility with the idea of winning free rent, I would contribute tot the property to build on to help those in need. When you have something as good as we do, its time to consider contribution to expand the complex for the better good in their community. " We Love Avian Glen "
