Overall l love it hear but l have needed some accommodations in my bathroom that l submitted a request for on Oct 25 2024 for Surgery on 1/2/2025. It is almost 3 months and they have not been done yet. They are for my safety. I don’t understand the delay.

Great little complex
Can walk to downtown and park areas, feels safe and the inside of the apartments are well kept/good quality. Happy to have moved here. Manager Eva was wonderful during and after the entire application and move-in process!
Only knocked one star off because of the bad soundproofing between units.

Nice location, but the floors are exceptionally thin. Be prepared to hear lots of pounding from upstairs neighbors if you're on a lower floor.
