Do not move here
I lived here from March 2022 - Feb 2024. When I moved into the apartment it smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts were in the air vents. After sending photos of the dirty apartment and damage, management had to delay my move in for almost a month to repaint and clean the apartment ducts.
Later when my dishwasher broke it took almost a month to get management to replace it. The heater broke in the middle of winter and I was without heat for a day. All they gave me was a small space heater in... negative degree weather.
The neighborhood is trash. My neighbors would blast EDM music till 3am. The community "security" Front Range Security never responded. I sent recordings of the music at all hours of the night with only one response from management saying they would look into it but nothing ever changed.
Additionally, management has access to open the garage door at any time. They did so and left it open all day long leaving the items in my garage subject to vandalism. I did not give them permission to enter and there was not a work order pending.
After being notified of their error, with screenshots showing it was their employees who entered, all I got was a response saying they would look into it and talk to the employee about being more careful.

Poorly managed and maintained
This place advertises as luxury which it will be in the showing. But once I got my unit there were several broken items, missing a garage keypad which has been ignored two months later. Cars are parked in every square inch that is allowed. Not worth the money. Youll get captured by the experience of seeing the unit but the fantasy wears off when things start breaking everywhere in the house and you have to live with it with no timely response. It would be one thing if they were priced well. But... this is top of the market pricing with bottom of the market management and maintenance. Just another big corporation taking over real estate to leave their residents in complete regret

Four bedroom
Toured the 4 bedrooms it is such a great floorplan. I fell in love with all the huge windows. Definitely would recommend this property to those who need more space, or coming from a house like myself.
