Slum

Dead mice in unit, electrical issues, fluctuating hot water, laundry machines are broken, dirty and flooded. I've just moved in and keep discovering lack of maintenance and accountability from corporate to the on site management. I guess after a month of deep cleaning it won't be disgusting.

Sketchy management

Let’s start with onsite manager showing the wrong apartment so when the lease was completed I was given a different apartment than I originally looked at. Utility bill back is unfair and there no way to verify who uses what amount for water/electric—especially when there is always construction going on. Bills are astronomically high, over $120+ for 550sqft for electric. Construction might seem like things are getting better, but workers are not licensed, work not up to code (electrical outlets... aren’t even grounded), and no permits have been pulled for the building. The on site manager/landlord has like 5 people living in her apartment, she never calls in repairs for washer/dryers, and has taken tenants mail. Washers and dryers are gross, expensive, always broken, and never accessible even though tenants are told the laundry room should be open 7 days a week. There are no open windows in units and drop tiles in bathroom which are conducive to mold. Everyone smokes, cars get broken into, and the “company” has gone through several employees in a short amount of time. Overall, I would suggest paying a bit more money for something far better and much less of a headache.
