Worst experience
At first, with the manager Kelly, everything was great. She made everything clear, was kind, and always made sure we were on the same page and also made sure everything was running properly and that you were taken care of. Then they switched management to Stephanie, and it was awful. Many hidden fees, she has terrible attitude, would be very snotty and rude, and not helpful at all. Washers and dryers were broke a lot of the time, it was hard to get maintenance to fix things, loud kids screaming... from the outside from the middle of the complex, and you spend a good chunk of money on an “okay” apartment. Very sad to have had a poor experience the last half of my stay ever since new management rolled in.
