Like living in a park

Glenpond has a lovely pond and the gardens are spectacular. It’s such a nice oasis and the people running it are competent and helpful.

Glenpond Apartments - Like living at Walden Pond... With a parking lot

I've been living here at Glenpond for about 7 years now. Colorado Springs doesn't have a shortage of apartment complexes to live at and the fact that I've been here for 7 years says something. The management has been very easy to deal with, and my maintenance issues have always been dealt with quickly. The grounds are truly unique. A large pond lies in the middle of the property. During the summer you can find people fishing; geese, ducks, and the occasional heron on the pond; and flowers... blooming. I'm in a one bedroom, and there is plenty of storage. Linen closet in the bathroom. Closet spans the widest wall of the bedroom. Small closet in the "dining" area. There's also a nice sized coat closet in the entryway.

The only "con" I can think of is that the interior of the apartments aren't as up to date as some other places.
