Living at Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs has been an incredible experience! The spacious floor plans, peaceful neighborhood, and responsive management make it a truly special place to call home. Nestled in a serene, wilderness-like setting, we’ve enjoyed encounters with wildlife like bears, bobcats, deer, and even turkeys—it’s like living in a nature retreat! The stunning sunrises and sunsets, along with the occasional sound of the bugle from Fort Carson, add a unique charm.

The sense of community... here is unmatched, with friendly, long-time neighbors who embrace a slower-paced lifestyle. It’s the perfect spot for singles and couples who enjoy connecting with others, keeping their blinds open, and sharing this peaceful environment. We absolutely love it here!

When we first moved here almost 2 years ago this place was beautiful and Well kept. Since there has been new management and new maintenance, the pool has not worked for over a year and the hot tub has been the same. Any Maintenance request that we have made are taking extremely too long to be addressed and are not satisfactory. We have tried to have patience, but has gotten to the point that is unacceptable. We have even had mold in our bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to bring attention to items that you care about. I am sorry that perhaps you have not had a chance to check out the pool this summer. We opened it June 10th. The hot tub is up and running as well. On occasion it needs to... be refilled and that cools the water down conside rably.
We take organic growth very seriously. If you have anything growing anywhere you need to call or email the office and we will get it taken care of immediately.

I sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to change the way you feel about the Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs

RUN AWAY

Random nonsensical fees, incorrect billing statements, rarely available parking spots, drafty apartments, nonexistent staff, who never pick up the phone, open the office, respond to emails, nor respond to voicemails. They got bought out by Benedict Canyon Equities of Los Angeles last year, and it has gone downhill ever since. RUN.
