Horrrible horrible management

Do not rent here. I regret it every single day management is so rude and horrible and inhumane. If you get locked out of your building because there is no other way to get in except for a fob. Even though they have your ID on file, they will refuse to let you in your own building even when it’s cold outside, they will tell you to wait until somebody opens the door. Any other complaint you have they will ignore you and refuse any help. They’re only nice when you’re signing up. Seriously avoid... this place like the plague.

Highly Recommended

We are happy to call The Edison our home! Our family had a significantly short time to move in and as most know, the process of moving with documentation, application, etc. can be a bit lengthy. Fortunately, things were much smoother than I anticipated with HUGE thanks to Belen (Leasing Consultant) and Coral (Property Manager). They both very attentive to our family's needs and walked me through the process very thoroughly with kindness and most importantly professionally. The amenities are a... life saver particularly the pet spa! In our short amount of time here so far, the overall community is well kept by maintenance and the commons area is perfect for meet ups and quiet area when needed. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the area!!

I regret living here. The pretty showrooms definitely got me.

Multiple cars have been broken into in the parking lots here. The management is rude, unorganized, and difficult to get ahold of. I should have realized the red flags when signing my lease, they messed up and overcharged me (so double check your contract).

The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors on your same floor walking, it literally shakes your walls. I live on the top floor so I can't imagine how much people on the basement-2nd floors can hear above them.

Pets are allowed on...
this property but are not managed. Dogs bark all the time and nothing is done to address it. You can hear dogs all the way down the hallway constantly barking throughout the day.

The fitness room is always out of wipes and the coffee bar is also usually empty. The trash pickup service forgets about this location a lot so people's trash sits in the hallway. I know these are small things but you are charged for them so it would be good to actually have them.

The aesthetic of the apartment looks good at first, but if you really look close, everything is very cheap: The closet systems fall out of the walls, the drywall/patchwork is cracked. I was the first to move into my unit and the builders scratched up the floors, scuffed the paint on the walls and floor boards, dented the fridge and none of that was fixed before moving in. There was also a thick layer of sawdust left behind under the stove. I spilt liquid down so I moved the oven and found that lovely fire hazard.

*Also, this is not the property's fault but just know that the Air Force Academy is right across the street and they fly loud planes A LOT and because the walls/ceilings are so thin, it is very disruptive.
