DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner and I arrived for our tour appointment early. We were told we had to wait until the tour ahead of us that wasn’t even there yet was finished with their tour. I really tried not to hold that against Viridian. After about 45 minutes of waiting I went to the rest room and got my first red flag.
The restrooms were FILTHY. Dried urine and hair all over the toilets, the mirrors incredibly streaky, trash all over the floors, paper towel and soap dispensers... out. Thank god my partner had hand sanitizer on them.
Finally, an hour after we arrived, 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, we were helped and given the tour. Oh boy.
The gym smelled like it also had not been cleaned in weeks. Not only that, they make a big deal of claiming how they have a “two story gym”. Well, that’s half true because both stories would make up one story of a normal apartment gym.

The amenities in the game room (pool and foosball tables) looked like they were from the 90’s. Paint was chipped along all the edges.
The “indoor basketball court” was incredibly dark, no lighting whatsoever, trash everywhere and a door leading to the outside of the building was left wide open.
The hallways outside the apartments were also filthy. Leaves from outside, trash, wood shavings from “renovations”, there was even a light dangling from the ceiling.

Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the show unit to see the Michael had decided to show us a unit priced above what we said we could afford even though we told him two different floor plans we could afford and wanted to look at. As we walked around the unit (just to be polite at this point), Michael remained in the kitchen glued to his phone, not asking us any questions or saying anything. When we were walking back to the leasing office, Michael was still playing Pokémon GO and ended up getting lost momentarily.
When we did manage to get back to the leasing office, we were astounded by the amount of fees and how expensive they were that tenants were charged every month. An example, $85 per car per month to be able to park in the property’s parking garage (which you have to use as there is no parking anywhere else. A parking garage that has no entry or exits gates and according to other reviews no security cameras and
