The community is nice. My kids made friends already and love the shopping centers close by. I like that i feel comfortable with my kids playing outdoors at the park when with other friends.

Maintenance is impossible to get, heat is shut off for weeks, and water is shut off for sometimes hours. The front desk lady is the worst at her job, idk how she was hired. She just sits there all day and doesn’t do any actual work. The entirety of the complex is disgusting, missing pieces of walls and exit signs, and is riddled with stains in some areas. There have been numerous accounts of residents reporting homeless people in the first level of the complex. The grass is never cleaned, nobody... picks up after their animals. This apartment complex is HORRENDOUS, especially for the price. Also, management expects residents to use 2 space heaters as a supplement for heat in a three bedroom apartment. This is not sufficient whatsoever, as the two heaters will not reach the entire house, obviously. The electricity is a complete joke, as there are three rooms connected to a single circuit.
We’ve had our fridge go out in the past, meaning ALL of our food was spoiled and had to throw away. Refrigerator is also placed across from the dishwasher, so you can’t have both open at the same time. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AS YOU CAN!!!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare—do NOT move here! Everything about this place is a disaster, and you will regret it if you make the mistake of living here. First off, the laundry room is beyond filthy. You can see trash and grime everywhere, with overflowing bins and floors covered in dirt. It's so overpriced, and they don't even bother to mention that you need a laundry card or how to load money onto it when you move in. It costs $2 just to wash a load, and $2 more to dry it—complete... rip-off.
When we first moved in, the apartment was full of issues. Almost every mirror was cracked or stained, the walls and paint looked like they were done by a blindfolded toddler with no painter's tape, and one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t even lock. Several light bulbs were missing or out, door hinges were hanging loose, and the blinds were a joke—they didn’t even work. The worst part? The bathroom and kitchen sinks didn’t drain, and we had to wait *weeks* for a plumber to show up, only for him to spend hours running in and out of our apartment, making zero progress.
But wait, it gets worse. The water pipes have burst three times since we moved in just two months ago. When that happens, the heat gets shut off for days. The office gave us two space heaters, but of course, there’s only one circuit for multiple rooms (including the kitchen and living room), so if you dare plug in too many appliances, the power shuts off. And good luck trying to use the microwave *and* the tea kettle at the same time. Water is also randomly shut off for hours at a time.
The neighbors are equally awful, especially if you're on the first floor. The walls are paper-thin, so you'll hear every little noise from the floors above. And the area surrounding the complex is disgusting—there’s trash and food everywhere, and the hallways look like they haven't been cleaned in months, with stains all over the walls and floors.
This place is a dump and completely not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. We're moving out as soon as we can, and I strongly suggest you do the same.
