I have been a resident here since last year and have signed another year's lease, so far I have had no problems with the office or maintenance, they have been on top of everything and have handled issues promptly and or on time. The residents here are respectful and very polite and caring, quiet time is the best for peace and enjoyment, we all take care and look after each other, that sums it up.

We like it here! We really love the managers and it seems like a nice area. Our neighbors have been friendly so far. The area is a bit dirty, there is lots of trash and dog poop everywhere. Also, our heating vent smells like cigarette smoke for some reason. We had some maintenance issues when we first moved in but they fixed them very quickly!! Overall, we feel like we are in a good place for what we are paying.

I enjoy living here the only thing right now is seeing all the trash around the trash bins, also all of the dog poop which is on the property.

I really like how quiet and quaint my neighborhood is! Also it’s close to Fountain and I can easily get on the highway to head to work. I highly recommend talking to Jeremy at Windmill Apartments!! He helped me move to a nice apartment within the time frame I asked for
