Deposit

Living in these apartments wasn’t bad the only problem is is when you are forced to not live in your apartment due to flooding you’re still expected to pay the full amount of rent and if you don’t you later find out that you’re going to get charged a late fee for the rest of the time and when it comes back in time to get back your deposit no one seems to give you much back due to the fact that they come up with all kinds of bogus fees on it and when you move out they’ll just pick a date to... charge you before the new renters move in
