It’s fine for cap hill
Property managers do not care about this property. The main building is down the street a little more expensive and more nicely kept. Laundry frequently doesn’t work, many leaks/flood on the main floor. Found homeless people on the property slow to respond and overall poorly managed property. Location is great pool is awesome

Capitol Hill Charm
Great location, parking included, community room, pool and on-site laundry. Everything you need for city living!
Location: A few minutes away from Downtown where you can shop at the 16th street mall or catch a sports game at one of the many venues. Cherry Creek mall is also a few minutes south for a higher end shopping experience. 3 blocks east you have Cheesman park and the Denver Botanical Gardens, both great for the afternoon stroll. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants scattered throughout... the neighborhood, all within walking distance!
Building: A little older, but the property management company has done a great job with upkeep and cleaners come every week. Secure entrances(key fob required) in the front and back, as well as to the pool, which is great for those lazy weekends. Community room is fun to relax in, play some shuffle board or ping pong, and meet some of the other residents, who are very friendly(mostly mid-twenties to early thirties). This is also where the bicycle parking is located,so you do not have to haul your bike up to your apartment or leave it outside. There is one washer and dryer on every level, which is convenient, but during the weekends they are always in use. I recommend doing laundry during off peak times, or walking over to one of the laundromats down the street. A downside is that the building is not handicap accessible. When you walk in either entrance, you immediately hit stairs that take you down to the first floor or up to the second. From there, you can hop on the elevator to your floor. The best part: it is dog friendly!
Parking: Each apartment comes with one designated parking spot! This is an amazing perk, especially in this neighborhood where off street parking is tough with the amount of people and street sweeping. If you have two vehicles, there are residents who do not have one and may be willing to let you use their spot. There is no guest parking, and with the busy neighborhood, your guests may be looking for an off street spot for a bit and have to walk a few blocks. It is not too bad during the daytime, just after work hours.
Trash: No trash shoot. Dumpsters located in the back of the building that get emptied a few times a week.
Apartment: Updated kitchens with newer appliances. Large balconies, hardwood floors and A/C! The walls are the typical eggshell white, not sure if you can repaint. Not much else to say here. Lots of closet space with additional storage available in the building.
