They nickel and dime every single bill and you have to pay trash vallet and whole apt community utility on top your yours. No amenities just a grill facing a brick factory that makes dust.

Worst place I've lived in and around Denver. Moved in Sept and immediately the AC was trash. Couldn't get my apartment under 74*. The filters were filthy. I was told it was replaced but unless they replaced the dirty rag behind the unit that was left behind before then either they or I were lied to.
11/22/23 I submitted a maintenance request because my bedroom ceiling fan and light stopped working. Fixed on 12/15 after I called the office at least 4 times only to break again on 1/2/24. Happy new...
year? It's now 1/10 and I've already called the office twice and maintenance no-showed on 1/9 when scheduled. No communication.
The neighborhood is also trash. Please drive around before renting. Homeless everywhere, wandering crackheads and prostitutes, subpar restaurants and bars, very few sidewalks, dark streets. I've called the police twice so far about homeless in the building.
The fees are ridiculous. 'Common utilities' are almost as much as my utility bill and 3 different trash fees

I am just moving in but so far the staff has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns. The leasing process was smooth, the application was just as simple. Looking forward to the move.

14th and Jay Apartments I like the fact that they are just over a year old so they are pretty nice. The cabinet doors and even the toilet lid are soft close making them harder to slam closed so less chance of getting broke.
Some of the things I don't like about the place is that my apartment is much smaller than I am used to and there is only 1 small closet. I do not have much room to store everything I own so I will be getting rid of things so I have room just to walk around. The floors...
between the floors are apparently concrete and I was told that it helps so you don't hear your neighbor above you which is not true. The tenant above me walks so hard that I hear him get up in the morning until he walks out the door leaving for work and then again when he gets home. We also have valet trash pick up but the trash does not get picked up when it is suppose to so the hall ways start smelling because trash is left in the containers for a couple days at a time.
