However, if you do want to get out and explore, you’ll have easy access to Broadway Ave, Speer Blvd and I25, which are some of Denver’s main thoroughfares. Even closer to home, though, you’ll be a five-minute walk to some of Denver's most popular bars and restaurants. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed inside the property of any kind. Dogs are welcome and we charge a $250 non-refundable fee per month. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats, or stays longer than 30 days. Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6.
