Love living here , the amenities and location make it the ideal place in Central Park. The staff , from the office to the maintenance department are very accommodating.

So far my residence experience is great. I really enjoy my apartment. I have a great view.. And everyone is really nice. I wish I had more storage.

I am happy in the apartment, nice, comfortable, the area is very quiet, but I do not agree that some residents take their dogs out to do their business and do not pick up their excrement in the mailbox area, playground and common areas. This is really unpleasant, in my case every day when I go out I have to see it at the entrance to my patio. I would suggest calling their attention to maintain a clean environment.

I previously lived at botanica years ago and I did not have the best experience. I just moved back in July and I am blown away at the improvements they have made! I don’t know if the management changed but regardless, I’m impressed. The staff in the leasing office are so kind every time I stop in. My service dog loves visiting the office! I do wish the washer and dryer were bigger. I cannot wash my bedding in it because it doesn’t fit and the same issue with the dryer. I run the dryer no less... than 5 times trying to get my comforter dry. It also doesn’t really remove my dogs hair. I have to take it to a nearby laundromat once a week.
