So far so good,
hoping the outside is cleaned up better,
outsided cleaned up=less bugs in homes,
the roof top area is trashed pretty bad & lots of dog poop around every corner.
Hoping the swimming pool is cleaned daily.
Also, let's have a yard sale this summer.

Community is great but issues at leasing offices takes forever to resolve .otherwise it's a nice community.

It is a very nice neighborhood with a lot of conveniently located restaurants, shops, stores, bars and events all within walking distance. Access to I-70 and I-25 are also close and easy.
