The neighborhood is wonderful. It has its issues with packages and response time from office but I expected that being in the city. Apartments are unique and common areas kept clean

Fairly nice community, typically quiet. People are pre friendly when going to community events. Almost everyone seems to have a dog and mostly pick up after their pets.

The Uptown Square apartments are located in a really cool neighborhood nestled between Five Points, City Center, Cap Hill, RiNo and downtown. The complex is quite large, too, as we have five different buildings here!
There is something for every apartment renter - a pool, gym, courtyard, pool and fooseball table and various sitting areas. We also have standard apts, concrete-jungle and renovated units!

Call box has broken for over 2 years. Fire alarms go off 2-5 times a week because of water damage that plagues the building. The damage that's caused is not quickly fixed and remain untouched for months on end
