Over all
Management and leasing team will work with you to get issues resolved. They do their best at keeping residents informed on updates and are very friendly about situations. Beautiful and affordable apartments will keep me staying here longer. Thanks all! :)
And who doesn’t like free WiFi in their apt?

Nightmare!!!
Filthy, broken down, incompetently managed and over priced. Don't be fooled by the photos the property is not that nice. The police won't come to the neighborhood, enough said.

Four Mile Flats not Cherry Grove
I have really enjoyed living at Four Mile. My only complaint is how much rent has sky rocketed.
When we first started renting in 2014 our rent was $895 for a 1 bedroom and we renewed it jumped up to $1010. We are moving out when our lease is up because it's going up again to $1125.
I really like how dog friendly they are. There are two dog parks in the center of the complex. When Blueline took over all the coin operated laundry became free. There is a small gym, a pool and hot tub, grills, and... an outdoor fireplace.
The apartments we're recently renovated, so when we moved in the apartment was like brand new. We had brand new appliances, do that was also nice. There are a couple residents that are problematic, but of course thats not the company's fault. Some things were getting broken like door handles, the dog bag stands, and a tv was stolen from the gym in 2015. Nothing has happened recently, so whoever was doing it, must have moved out. Other than that and the recent high prices, it's been a good place to live.

Nice property, okay residents, okay management
This is a nice property that has truly been renovated. There are nice amenities including pool, fire pit, barbecues, lots of outdoor seating, gravel dog parks, and work-out room.
The atmosphere, however, is not what you'd expect. There is a lot of partying, especially in the summer. The pool is always busy and over crowded with people on the weekends. Some residents even allow their dogs to run in the pool area. Residents are friendly though.
The new management that has taken over recently... (July 2015) has so far been decent. They are all friendly staff. However, they are not good at keeping residents up-to-date on important ongoings of the properties. For example, they canceled the on call security service with no notifications. This is frustrating considering the partying that happens at all hours, and shouldn't. There's no one to call now except Police.
