My fiancé and I got really lucky with this apartment. It’s clean, quiet and well managed. We would recommend any of the properties managed by this company. Dan, Frank, and the rest of the management team are very attentive and easy to deal with.

I lived in Hall Hall for 2 years. I really liked the team that worked there. I thought they were much more attentive than other property management companies I have rented from. I would rent from Pomeranz again.
