Modernized City Living W/ Great Views
I absolutely love the location is towards “downtown” but not directly in the heart of all the chaos that Denver has considering the higher tourist traffic. The property is in pretty good condition, I appreciate the upkeep and cleanliness of building and the maintenance team is very responsive and thorough. It definitely has a smaller apartment feel with modernized features that everyone loves making it feel more like a home- of course with your own personal touches. Very accessible to pretty... much any other city or even mountain adventures. Overall great experience!

Awesome Views and Modern Living
The location is perfect for living “downtown” but not feeling overwhelmed by all of the people. The property is in pretty good condition and the maintenance team is very responsive. If you love going to the mountains, this location has fast access to 6 and you can get to i70 in less than 15 minutes. It definitely has a smaller apartment feel, making it feel more like a home. Overall great experience!
