Our expeirence as tenants at Overture 9th Colo. has been ovewhelmingly positive. The faciltiies and the plethora of activities for the residents are numerous and varied. Management is enlightened by any measurement. The tenans are friendly. The physical and social amenities are numerous and frequent. We hope to extend our lease after residing here for almost one year.

Overture is a beautiful building with apartments just the size you need. Maintainance service and Lifestyle coordinator are the absolute best, but the frosting on the cake is the friendliness of the residents. Perfect package.

negligent security, resulting in multiple felonies, including armed robbery

Completely inadequate security. Secure garage doors are broken more often than they work. We have experienced an armed robbery, a car, theft, windshield and other car vandalism and most recently theft by another resident of over $1000 of my personal belongings from a shopping cart adjacent to my vehicle in the supposedly secure section of the garage
