Great, but recent amenity concerns
I've lived here for three years and have loved it... until they started allowing the amenities to be reserved. Now, the grill and community space are frequently unavailable on the weekends... with no communication to residents beside a paper on the door!! I hope this gets solved, especially as we go toward summer. Right now it feels like paying extra for things we don't get to use.

Hi Tess,
Your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve our community experience for all residents.
Regarding the notification of club room reservations, I understand your point about consistency in communication. However, I... want to clarify that our policy regarding club room reservations has not changed. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
Per my email which I sent to you on April 1st, it is not feasible for us to send out emails for each reservation. Also understanding that it may not always be possible to provide 1-2 weeks' notice for every reservation, especially during peak times like weekends. I also clarified that reservations for the community space do not equate to a monopoly over the grill. The grill is indeed a shared amenity available for all residents to use at any time, regardless of whether the community space is reserved. Additionally, I'd like to provide some clarification on past reservations to ensure accurate information. According to our records, recent club room reservations were made for the following dates: Friday, March 29th; Sunday, March 31st; Wednesday, March 13th; Sunday, February 18th; and Sunday, February 11th.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously, and while we may not be implementing resident-wide emails for club room reservations, we are always here to address any further concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure that all residents feel heard and valued in our community.
Thank you for your understanding and for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Best regards,
Jeff Carara
