The management of this building is very poor. The front door lock has been broken for 6 months. The reason given by the building manager is that they can’t find someone to fix the door that works with Butterfly. I doubt this is true, but if it is, it still makes no sense. It’s more important to have a working door lock than to have the butterfly system. Anyone has access to the building which is a major security concern. I want to point out that Autumn is polite and this is not her fault. The... property is in general disrepair and dirty. No heat or AC in the gym. Unacceptable level of mismanagement in what is considered a “luxury” building. This feedback won’t matter as the concerns of residents do not matter to C&W. The biggest response from management came when someone posted a letter in the elevator. Priorities are very skewed here.
