If location, community, first-rate maintenance and top notch management are high priorities for you, then Solera is where you need to be. Walkable distance to dining, entertainment and sports arenas make this the perfect location. It's the friendliest group of residents I've ever met--everyone was welcoming me to the building my first week here & I've made REAL friends in this community. The onsite maintenance staff is amazing! They take great pride in keeping the building CLEAN and in working... order on a daily basis. Response time to maintenance requests is usually within a day! The office door is always open and response time is quick with any issues that come up. They're always trying to host events that the residents will appreciate. Aside from all of this, there are many great floorplans to choose from and at very competitive prices for the area. Downtown living at it's best!
