We always appreciate the Greystar SOVA management team. Once in a while we get a bummer team member, but for the most part, the quality of the SOVA team is above expectations. I repeatedly hear rental management company complaints about Greystar on sources like Reddit r/denver but my 5 year experience here at SOVA has not reflected the general complaints I hear on social media.

Sova is falling apart. Roof leaks, holes in the walls that take forever to fix. Steamer never has worked in all the years I have been there. They switch staff all the time so its hard to build a relationship. The hot tub has not been working for months if not years. Since Greystar took over the building has went way down hill.
