Pros unique way to keep people involved as a community. Fun promotions.
Cons being irritated with getting my MAIL no one tells you that you can only enter the mail room at specific hours of the day. We pay fees every month for the maintenance and up keep of the property. It seems like my building seems to get overlooked . Maintenance is stretched as far as these people can be. Maybe we can organize a neighborhood clean up and restoration project next.

Not a great place to live. Been here 5 years and this staff's been largely unhelpful, Lisa Whipple the manager is very rude. They mischarge, they don't respond to voicemails or even emails, even to housing coordinators for Housing Choice Vouchers. Do not recommend.

As with any corporation, issues start at the top, and Priderock, owner of Spyglass Creek, is no exception. The grass gets mowed, the trees trimmed, and the sidewalks cleared of debris. Those things, however, don't excuse the pile of furniture back by the greenbelt that's been there since before we moved here in August or the endless amounts of garbage scattered around the complex. Management is a joke. I wish I had good things to say but I can only look forward to the day this place is part of... our past.

This place is a pretty mess it’s nice on the outside but I wreck on the inside they don’t fix anything and the head lady in the. Office is disrespectful and rude had I known before hand I would have never rented here
