During my time at Trivium I lived in 2 different units. Both units had dripping A/C units that led to mold issues in the apartment. Both times maintenance did little to nothing to fix the issue. Not only that, but when I moved out most recently I was charged for the replacement of the carpet/paint/drywall that was a result of the mold (in both the bedroom in bathroom). Unreserved parking was constantly overflowed, leaving me with nowhere to park when I came home from work most nights, and every... year it takes at least 2 weeks of hot/cold weather until the property decides to switch the cooler on/off in order to provide us the ability to appropriately thermoregulate our living space.

Living in this apartment for a year while attending Graduate School at DU was a nightmare. The only reason I never bought out of my contract was because I had no time to deal with that. The management team is awful, do not care about any of the residents, and will look you in the face and walk away while you are asking for help. The maintenance guys are super sweet, but the system is so messed up to the point of me having to wait 2 MONTHS just to get a bathroom sink fixed. The hallways smell... like socks and toilet water. The air conditioning/heat unit broke down completely a total of 7 times just in my first 6 months and when the unit was "fixed" the apartment couldn't get any colder than 82 degrees F... If you feel cold during the winter or hot during the summer...you're out of luck and will be told by the management team to deal with it. Management does not communicate with the residents and will take all of your money at any chance that they get. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

AC is constantly out and in 90 degree weather, takes forever to get fixed and when it does its never truly cool but better then hot horrible stale air apt. Towing is horrible here even as a resident we have had our car towed on multiple occasions Trivium must have some contract for payback with towing company they tow your own car after you pay high amount to park in their unsecured, no camera, parking lot at your own risk, breaks ins constantly! Im moving out due to this!! The AC and the... towing! You cant have a guest come by or they will get towed and before 11pm too! Pool never open and when it is it is dirty and not kept up even the furniture around it. Apt has seen better days, so many broken things when we moved in and maintenance slow to answer and mgmt is no help and never around. Rent somewhere else much better places for the amount of money you pay here

B building has plumbing issue ~1x a month. Sewage water overflows from toilet and damages your belongings. Pipes are old and mgt has no plans to replace.

The management is easily the worst part of living here. They are incredibly disrespectful and only care about your money. Which, they will not let you out of their super landlord favoring lease. The place smells terribly on the inside and out. There is trash all over the complex. The AC/Heat and water will be shut off or inoperable for most of the time, if not the entire time, you live there. Please do not choose this place.
