Avoid this place!
Reasons to avoid this place:
1. Overpriced for the neighborhood.
2. Paper thin walls.
3. Neighborhood is noisy, with construction still going on for the past two years.
4. Parking area is crowded and poorly maintained.
5. Elevator has broken down numerous times, once with people inside.
6. Items have been stolen from garage, including bicycles.
7. Management is slow and unresponsive.
