About Spacious and Comfortable Colorado Mountain... House
Lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the Colorado lifestyle in this comfortable, fully furnished home. Large kitchen with island is great for entertaining, as well as the cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Bonus room downstairs could be a... bedroom, office, playroom, storage. Four bedrooms upstairs with laundry. Primary suite includes enormous walk-in closet, double vanity, tub, and shower. Back porch includes a grill and access to Colorado views. Dogs (two max) are ok with a $200 pet deposit, per pet, as well as $35/month, per pet. No cats. No smokers. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities (gas, W/S/T, electricity, internet), landscaping, and sprinkler maintenance. Video tour available on our website.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name.
