Our building is well kept, quiet featuring a dog park,... assigned parking and maintained by people who care.

I love my cozy lil home

It will be a year in June, I've lived here exactly 1 mile from my job. Safeway around the corner. And our land lady Louise is accommodating and helpful in anyway needed. She's available ready to listen to your concerns. I'm very happy here with my Dog. So if your considering moving here I encourage you do do so. It's clean pest free.. they keep that in check with regular pest control.,if your clean well then there won't be bugs
.I just want a higher shout out to Louise great managing.

Sewage Issues

Do not waste your time and money renting here. The sewage backs up and fills my bathtub, and the management is very poor and rude.

Don't waste your time.

Ungodly amount of roaches. Building infested with bedbugs, in the year I lived there at least 5 apartments became infested including mine. Everything breaking constantly and never getting fixed. constant screaming and yelling.
