One issue ruined my whole experience.

I wanted to love this property so much, and I think if my unit was on any other floor, I would have.
The management and leasing team are not helpful. I made 2 appointments with the manager, Denise, to tour and do a walk-though after signing a lease. She missed both appointments without any prior communication that she wouldn't be there, and only communicated with me about those missed appointments after I spent the day after calling and emailing with the main office to try to get ahold of her. I
was never told by management or the leasing agent that the AC unit for my floor (3rd floor Pearl) was broken, and had been for almost a year, when I moved in in May. I specifically asked the leasing agent 2 TIMES, both at my walk-through and move in day, if the AC worked, and she told me it worked great. That obviously was a lie. I have a heat-sensitive dog. It is essential that myself and my animal have AC during the hot summer months. I only got communication from management about the AC when I pressed them for it. This issue affected an ENTIRE FLOOR. There was no communication to the floor about the issue, what was being done to fix it, and when the AC would be totally shut down for repairs. I was strung along all summer with empty promises that they will have a technician out soon to fix it, so I stayed in my unit thinking the problem would be fixed soon. They didn't get any technicians out to the property until the end of July, and they had to come out 3x times, and the AC IS STILL BROKEN after all three attempts to fix it. Management only offered me a unit transfer in the middle of AUGUST after I complained, and when I refused because the summer season was almost finished and it was too little too late to reasonably offer that as a solution, I was basically told they tried to help me and I refused, so it was my fault I was continuing to live in a unit where the AC didn't work consistently.
