Rustic Arms Apartments

I lived at this location for 4 years and enjoyed my time here. It felt like a true community, mainly because Phyllis, the property manager, and Shelly, the groundskeeper, treated this place like their own home. I had very few instances where problems arose and when they did Phyllis was quick to respond. Shelly kept the common areas immaculate. Lived here for just a year and had a few issues with the place. Philis however was great and made sure everything was fixed ASAP. Great have lived in a few places since and none have had a staff as great as this place.

Phyliss and Todd (The manger and landlord respectively) are great people. I lived here for over 2 years before moving out this past month, and they were always very friendly, responsive and conscientious to my needs as a tenant. I’ve rented in the Denver area for over 15 years and have never had a better landlord and property manager. Any issues or needs that I had or really anything that came up was always resolved with just one phone call or text. Whether it was a minor plumbing or repair item... or a concern I had they always responded very promptly and professionally. You could not ask for a better team. It has what I want in an Apartment. Quiet, clean, affordable, great management! Lived here 1.5 years and love it. Phyllis runs the place. Todd, the owner, he is involved in daily operations. Great place to live.

Do not rent from this place! Rented for 3yrs and they allowed smoking, my apartment would smell from the neighbors. On many occasions I would come home from work and Phyllis would be in my apartment showing it. I never gave her permission or did she ever ask. One time I got out of the shower and Phyllis was in my apartment showing it she actually questioned me why I was not at work. They took $62.00 out of my deposit for 2 hrs of cleaning. My apartment was clean enough to show and put in the... brochure but not clean enough to get my deposit back. Never felt safe here, laundry room had bums living in it. Storage unit was broken into numerous times and never did anything about it.
