Good community and friendly staff. Although the amenities could use a lot of work, the apartments themself are nicely put together. The best part is the closeness to CSU campus.

Me encanta el nuevo departamento a donde nos mudamos, el vecindario es muy tranquilo y mis gatos también están muy cómodos porque salen al balcón y ven a las ardillas, las amenidades con las que cuenta el fraccionamiento están en perfecto estado

I have lived here for almost 2 months and I really like it. It is a very nice community, clean and quiet in a good neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores etc.

All of my neighbors are polite, respectful, and are quiet. The apartments are well kept, quick responses to concerns, & we are notified ahead of time for any complex updates.
