Got to be 1 of the WORST MANAGEMENT in town

Seriously they need probably a negative 5. Not only is parking lot a nightmare like mentioned in other review, management being professional/thorough/adequate in addressing tenant/building issues is thrown out the window. They rarely do what they say they are going to do for the community, they choose sides in addressing neighbor problems(the ones who they are intimidated by) even when that tenant is causing the issue. They patronize you if your neighbors are not following the lease and it's... affecting your peace in your home ie smoking pot smoking cigarettes, smoking e cigs being super loud beyond 10pm, not picking up their dog poo. Bikes are stolen all the time, (even by some of the neighborhood kids (not all of them are that way). The cops are there too often. Take care of your apartment and when move out they'll find some way to manage repairs so that not only will you not get your $300 back but end up having to pay hundreds of dollars more beyond that. If your good with all that this is a match for you! The management there and the way the handle conflict and the way they treat some people give the Ft. Collins Housing Authority a bad rap. I use to think of all the that staff had dignity and integrity but they brought the team down hiring on that management and all that are involved, excluding the maintenance team.

Drive around the parking lot first

I am a delivery driver in Fort Collins and have a friend that lives here whom I visit from time to time, and every time I come here I worry that I will destroy my car. The parking lot maintenance here might be the worst of any complex in the entire city! 1000 W horsetooth is infamous among drivers (Uber, taxi, food delivery) for having dozens of ridiculous potholes that rarely - if ever - get fixed. Before you even call these guys for an appointment take a drive around the complex and in/out the... north entrance and the entrance by 7/11 and ask yourself if the rent is worth it if you also have to pay for damaged wheels, tires, or shocks.
