We are so happy we chose Outlook Golden for our home. We have lived here for several years. Staff is great, the property is well kept, and we have always had a fast response when our apartment has needed maintenance. The community is friendly.

Outlook Golden Ridge is a lovely place to live. The location is absolutely amazing with a less than 10 minute walk to the light rail that goes directly to Denver and a mile from Apex trailhead, as well as walking/biking trails that lead right into downtown Golden. This is a prime location to live. Our management and maintenance team are fantastic. We appreciate everything Connie, Alyssa, Jeff and Nick do for us and for the community.

I love living at Outlook Golden Ridge. Connie and Alyssa do an excellent job creating a real community with social events, introducing residents to each other, being accepting of dogs, etc. They made my move-in process very easy. They go above and beyond to make things simple. Location is fantastic, too, with trails in your backyard! Close to both 6 and 70 and downtown.
