What a great place to live!

My wife and I have lived at the Parc nearly four years and it has gotten better and better. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious, quiet, and has a great kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. These attributes are nice but what’s more important are the management and staff and this is where the Parc at Greenwood Village excels. They’re knowledgeable, courteous, respond quickly, go above and beyond to help, and truly care whether or not you’re a... happy resident. They also work hard to keep the grounds and the units maintained at very high standard. This is truly appreciated.

We’re leaving due to a job relocation and fear that we’ll be hard pressed to find somewhere else that will even come close to the Parc.

Apartment heading downhill

We moved in June 2016 and have been pleased with neighbors and how things are run. The last 6 months things have declined. This is a NON SMOKING property yet cigarette butts are appearing all over including stairwells grass areas and parking lot. At any given time we see people smoking cigarettes and pot on their balaconies the sidewalks and even walking around. Balaconies and garages being used as storage areas leads to eye sores. Management turns a blind eye as repeated complaints go... unanswered. The loud music at all hours of night, the speeding cars through the parking lot and lack of great management is turning this once really nice apartment complex into trashy place to live...

overpriced and for laundry freaks like myself, heads up...

"High efficiency" washer uses NO excess water whatsoever. That means water comes in and just slightly dampens your laundry, then just spins it around. Without any excess water, the "dirt" has nowhere to go, therefore it just soaks into your laundry. Especially with towels I notice it, they start to smell (Im not the only one who noticed this, you can easily google HE Whirlpool and other people have had the same issue).
When I brought this issue to the management's attention, they sent over...
maintenance and of course I got the answer 'that's just how HE machines work'. The next place I'm moving into have a different type and brand and they actually said HE has to do with the movement/electricity use, not water use. I guess that's a whole different discussion, but just sayin'... So for those out there that are particular when it comes to their laundry and want to make sure it actually cleans your laundry, be wary of this place!

Another few quick points:

Valet trash, haha what a joke - you HAVE to pay whatever they charge monthly to have your trash picked up. I live right across from the dumpster and don't want to pay extra to have it picked up since I can just walk 20 steps and toss my trash, but you can't opt out of that option. Haha of course you can't! People, think about it, do you really think that however much they charge per apartment for valet trash is what it costs to pay someone to go around and pick up trash.... Just another way for them to make a buck. Fyi, this is of course not the only place who does this, so my issue is more on the principle of this "service".

It is noisy, something I read in other reviews as well( bf I live with has experience in apartment constructions and knows it isn't the best of quality) so what you pay per month is definitely not equal to the quality of living you get, but that might be a Denver problem with the major boom happening now.

We live on the first floor above the garage. Be aware that if you are considering an apartment on this level, chances of being above a garage are big and they have done a fairly poor job insulating the place. We've had the heat on high (78!) for over 24 hrs and the apartment gets semi warm with this cold weather, but the floor is ridiculously cold. Same issue I had living in Lakewood a few years ago for $700 a month... old 70s built place, so I kinda understood that's what you get for that price, but for what you pay here at this place, I don't think it should be like this.

Excellent Staff

I moved in on a Saturday, my cable and internet was already set up. I was having issues with my washing machine and a office manger came over right then and fixed. They pick up trash right out side my door so no long trips to the dumpster. Neighbors were wicked nice and welcoming. It's wicked clean and updated with all new appliances. The Parcs is an awesome place to live anyone would be lucky to do so!

The Parc... with a C

It's clean, it's refreshing, it's fantastic. Feet from the light rail, minutes from RINO, HILO, and all those other hip over priced down town closet apartments, the neighborhood has been gentrified since 1995.

The buildings are only about a year old, have awesome washer, dryers, appliances etc. The units is laid out like a modern college dorm just minus the RA's, dumb cliques, and campus security.
