Alpine Prairie Village Apartments

I am entitled to receive my refund from Alpine Prairie Village in Longmont, Colorado, as financially committed, and it is crucial that this is fulfilled despite their current excuses. My preference is for a direct deposit back to my account, as initially debited, rather than being notified that the check is in the mail again. Sufficient notice, both verbal and in writing, was given as required and requested for all necessary purposes and changes, and was verified multiple times by their office... administration. Apartments are efficiently designed with quality materials. The complex offers a neighborhood feel, nicely landscaped. Staff is friendly and responsive to tenant’s’ needs. Complex meshes well within neighborhood single homes.

Alpine has been a wonderful place to live and raise our family. We love the community and facilities as well of the convenience of its location.

The maintenance guys. They do awesome job they show up on time. I don’t have to wait a lot and they get their work done.
