Deposits
I am entitled to receive my refund from Alpine Prairie Village in Longmont, Colorado, as financially committed, and it is crucial that this is fulfilled despite their current excuses. My preference is for a direct deposit back to my account, as initially debited, rather than being notified that the check is in the mail again. Sufficient notice, both verbal and in writing, was given as required and requested for all necessary purposes and changes, and was verified multiple times by their office... administration. The check is not and has never been in the mail!!!
