Large furnished apartment with private bath, bedroom (with full size bed) and your own living room with fireplace. House is 1500 sqf and apartment is 700 sqf. Rent includes all utilities and wi-fi. Completely furnished with doggy door and fenced backyard, laundry on site. You have full access to the kitchen. I handle the snow removal and lawn mowing, but if you have an interest in gardening that is a plus. I prefer a non-smoking female, with one calm dog that can get along with my sketchy little yapper. You have your own off street parking spot, but everything is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, McKee medical, Boyd Lake State Park, bus lines and more.) Prefer someone without too much furniture, because the price will go up if I have to store my stuff. My last two housemates stayed 5+ years and are still my close friends. Rent is $750 and damage deposit is $600. Nothing is fancy but everything is nice, I'm a DIY guy with a shop and can fix almost anything.
