Love living here more than I imagined! My apartment home really feels like a wonderful oasis which extends to all of the community spaces as well! Convenience, maintenance free living, outstanding amenities, variety, safety, beauty, joy and laughter abound. I’m enjoying an active, retirement lifestyle at Avenida! Thank you!

For those over 55 this is a wonderful place to live. The staff is professional, the facility is very nice, clean, light, and airy. The people who live here are friendly and helpful. A great community.

Avenida Centerra has an excellent onboarding team. The location and quality of the unit is perfect. Surrounded by hospital,commercial and big box stores to accommodate every need.

Overall experience is very good. Obtaining a garage is a challenge. Some instances of unwanted noise in my apartment. Staff is very responsive, proactive with events and thorough in helping with questions.
