Very beautiful and cozy place to live especially if you are very new to the area. Affordable and next to so many awesome towns. It’s a great middle mark for exploring all over NOCO. The apartments are very nicely built with all interior and exterior needs. One of the nicest apartments I’ve had for the size and price. Space for furry babies and a built in desk to work from home. The staff is lovely to work with and very nice people. Lots of family residence and nice people. Space for parking and... garages for storage! What more can you ask for honestly!

Prior to moving to a new residence I toured several complexes in Northern Colorado. The units I toured were impressive and well thought out for a spacious living. The unit I retained was as clean, spacious and pristine as the model I toured.

The staff in the leasing and maintenance department are very professional, warm, and helpful. Only a resident for one week, I am extremely happy I chose to live at the Bend. Even the community neighbors are amazing to have and I feel so safe here that... I barely lock my door.
