Review of Eagle Place Niwot
Walls are paper thin, loud trucks unloading weekly due to businesses. Yard maintenance poor and weekends loud due to live music at the Tavern and other businesses.

Eagle Place in Niwot
Walls are paper thin. Maintenance that take care of yard, not so great. Parking situation is very small. Very loud trucks loading for restaurants that are near the buildings! Neighbors are very nice, except for one who’s dog barks constantly.
