MOUNTAIN LIVING is calling you from historic Pine, CO! This FURNISHED historic house in Pine Grove is close to hiking, mountain biking, fishing, a great restaurant, and an antique store. In the heart of a small town, this cute cottage can be your base to explore Colorado. One hour from downtown Denver, but still very much in the mountains, it has the best of both worlds. Close to hiking, climbing, mountain biking and fishing! The charming town of Pine is nestled in the Pike National Forest & sits on the S. Platte River, which flows through town and offers world-class fly fishing year round. The wildly popular Rhubarb Fest returns this year on June 12, and while you're there, make sure to stop by the famous Bucksnort Saloon for a cold drink/great food & a whole lot of history! No smoking and no cats please. One dog welcome. Washer/Dryer included. Visit to fill out an application to set a showing!
